Benefits of Plan Approvals

Developed in collaboration with Varanasi Development Authority, this two-part series of comics and animations was created as part of a citizen awareness programme. The project simplified important building and planning guidelines for everyday citizens, explaining how to get building designs approved by local authorities and why regulations matter.

Through relatable scenarios and accessible visual storytelling, the series highlighted the importance of proper setbacks, fire safety, avoiding encroachments, and following approval processes, helping citizens understand their role in creating safer and better-planned cities.
