Learning from Mokpo was an Indo-Korean urban design workshop conducted in Mokpo, South Korea, where students from India and South Korea studied the city’s precincts, streets, architecture, public life, and cultural context.

Leewardists was invited to study the city and create a comic based on the workshop research and site observations. The comic became part of the larger documentation, translating the stories, spaces, and everyday character of Mokpo into an accessible visual narrative.
The workshop was recognised by the Korean National Commission for UNESCO as a sustainable education programme.
