Finding Peace in Puran Dhaka

This graphic novel was developed over seven days as part of the second year of Indo-Korea-French-Bangla Workshop on Puran Dhaka. Students from ENSAPLV Paris, BVCOA Navi Mumbai, Anant COA, and CAT Trivandrum came together to study, document the old precinct of Dhaka.

The book is a collection of stories about the people, trades, and occupations that once connected closely with the river, the architecture, and the everyday life of the area. Through comics and visual storytelling, it captures the layered histories of Puran Dhaka and the communities that shaped its identity.
